Apartments can be reconfigured to single/twin/double or office space to suit your needs.
For your convenience a starter pack is included on arrival.
All apartments include 1 car park.
Apartments are fully serviced weekly.
A minimum requirement of a 3 night stay applies to bookings.
Power is capped at $150 - $180 per month (2-3 Bedroom Apartments) for longer term rentals.
Cots and push chairs/car seats are provided at no extra charge (subject to availability).
* Please note loading may apply at peak times. Our accommodation facility does not have reception area, arrival and departure must be made by prior arrangement. Late departure may attract charge.

Terms and Conditions
Credit card details are required on arrival to guarantee payment of any incidentals and telephone account. There are no refunds for early departures. Quintessential apartments are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments or amenity area.
To secure your booking a 25% deposit must be made by credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard). This booking fee will secure your reservation and is non transferable or refundable as outlined in our cancellation policy. The remainder of your account will be due on arrival.
Once we have confirmed your booking with you, we will email you a booking number, payment amount and a link to our booking confirmation page to enter your credit card details via our secure server.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be charged in full (unless we secure another booking for the period).
All bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will attract a 25% cancellation fee.
If a cancellation fee applies this will be charged to your credit card number supplied to secure your booking.
All reservations confirm your acceptance of these terms.
